half italian & half greek... I am obviously a fan of italian and greek tastes!
During Covid first quarantine, I realized how relaxing, creative and satisfying cooking can be when you do not have to do it together with a million of other things. But I also realized that being half and half resulted in a fusion of aromas, and tastes cobined with memories, feelings and traditions from my childhood up to today.
