"Hellenic Mediterranean Cuisine" booklets  

- tastes of Greece

During my career in Greece, in the company where I literally grew up as a destination travel plannerHellenic Tours, we thought of a new marketing tool which aimed to promote the destination Greece, in combination to the local tastes.

 

We created a  serie of different food concepts with recipes we collected from various sources and put together in an originally designed booklet to distribute every year in the major Luxury Travel Conferences we attended around the world. 
 

We named it the "Hellenic Mediterranean Cuisine"and it was a total of 8 booklets, each for every year starting from 2009 and up to 2016: 

Edition I     - Recipes from various Greek destinations

Edition II    - Honey 

Edition III   - Greek salads & Souvlaki 

Edition IV   - Olive oil

Edition V    - Fish 

Edition VI   - Vegetables

Edition VII  - Greek Yoghurt

Edition VIII - Feta Cheese

 

I am very proud to present you all eight editions here, so you can also be inspired as I was.
